These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://andersonlocksmiths.com and the locksmith services provided by Anderson Locksmiths, owned and operated by Clevola B. Polk at 5911 Kepler Dr, San Antonio, TX 78228, USA.

1. Acceptance

By visiting our website, contacting us, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

2. Services

We provide residential, commercial, automotive, and emergency locksmith services within the greater San Antonio, Texas area. Descriptions of our services on this website are provided for general information and do not create a binding offer. A binding quote is provided only in writing (email or text) by a technician after we understand the specific job.

3. Verification & identification

For any rekey, house lockout, car-key duplication, or safe opening, we require a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership or authorization (lease, title, registration, or signed owner authorization). This is required by Texas law and by our own policies. We reserve the right to refuse service if verification cannot be provided.

4. Pricing & payment

Service call fees, parts, and labor are quoted in writing before work begins.
Prices may change if the actual job is materially different from what was described on the phone; we will always confirm the new price before continuing.
Payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and (for account customers) business checks.
Emergency dispatch fees for after-hours calls (10 PM – 6 AM) and major holidays are quoted on the initial phone call and are not added at the door.

5. Warranty

Parts we install are covered by the manufacturer warranty (typically 90 days minimum). Our workmanship is guaranteed for one (1) year from the completion date. Warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, forced entry, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a non-emergency appointment at no charge up to two hours before the scheduled arrival time. Cancellations inside two hours may be charged the trip fee to cover technician time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Anderson Locksmiths' total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific job in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Anderson Locksmiths name, logo, text, and photography — is our property or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
